I’ve got people coming round for dinner tomorrow night, so today and tomorrow I’m getting creative with food. The main dishes are going to be based on middle eastern/mediterranean cuisine but that’s all I’m going to tell you at this stage! Tonight I made chocolate tartlets for dessert, using a Delia quick-cheat recipe – M&S tartlet cases filled with a melted mixture of M&S chocolate truffle sauce, creme fraiche, butter and rum. Yum! Not sure there’ll be 6 left for tomorrow though!
